ALL CHANGE TO FUNDING IN ENGLAND FROM 1 AUGUST 2016

From 1 August 2016, the Skills Funding Agency is stopping the funding in England for work-based assessments for the Level 2 Diploma in Fencing.
Call FaCT to sign up for the funding in England, before 1 August 2016.
Blue FISSCSCSThe diploma is the only way to qualify for the blue FISS/CSCS card for skilled fence installers and is essential for everyone who needs to progress from the labourer’s card to a skilled fence installer.  Subject to funding eligibility the funding can help you with up to 50% of the cost.

Changes to the FISS/CSCS card scheme

As of the 1st of January 2016 there are changes to the Gold and Black FISS/CSCS card application and renewal process.

For the Gold card you need to have attended and passed the Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) 2 day course, or refresher course, within the last 2 years and passed the Supervisors
touch screen test.

For the Black card you need to have attended and passed the Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) 5 day course, or refresher course, within the last 2 years and passed the Managers touch screen test.

to help upgrade to the

BLUE FISS/CSCS CARD
FaCT now has additional funding available to support the assessments for the Level 2 Diploma in Fencing – now the only way to upgrade to the Blue FISS/CSCS card for skilled installers.

If you are between 19 and 24 the funding will support the Level 2 diploma assessments – training programme includes Level 2 Diploma assessments, 5 days of classroom training (including the H&S course required for card applications, plus vocational training days of CAT, Abrasive Wheels, First Aid, Safe Use of Power Tools and Boundary Fencing), and the Blue FISS/CSCS card application for just £650

 

If you are over 24 we can fund the Level 2 Diploma assessments up to 50% reducing the cost to £650

FaCT’s new training facility opens with 2 course in first week

FaCT opened its new training facility with two health and safety courses this week.

With seven learners on each course this location is proving to be very popular with our Northern clients. Located just north of Manchester it is easily accessible for those in the North West, and from along the M62 from Leeds and Yorkshire, and from Liverpool or North Wales.

The facility has a large training room able to accommodate 16 learners with two smaller rooms where FaCT will setting up a touch screen test centre, like in Birmingham.  This will enable learners to be trained, gain the level 1 health and safety qualification, take their health and safety teIMG_0957st and apply for their card all in 1 day at 1 location.

For companies requiring their employees to gain their first CSCS card or FISS/CSCS, FaCT can make this happen in just one day.

FaCT will be delivering health and safety courses, CAT, abrasive wheel, manual handling course and many more here on a regular basis.

Salary                   Commission – potential earnings of over £56,000(un-capped) per year

FaCT a rapidly growing construction training and consultancy company, are looking to expand their Health and Safety course delivery to the construction industry. and the above salary commission represents just 1% market penetration so very realistic. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, self-motivated, sales person, with experience and contacts in the construction sector.

This role will requires selling health and safety course places and CSCS card renewals to the construction industry.  In return FaCT will provide high earning opportunities. Huge market opportunities with capacity to earn potential earnings of £56k+

The successful candidate will manage their own time and will have sole responsibility for making sales and hitting targets.  Candidates also need to be flexible, with good administration skills and have the ability to take new approaches and develop their own sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Selling H&S course places to the construction industry for UK wide delivery
  • Identifying potential clients
  • Developing and maintaining good client relationships
  • Maintaining records as required
