Online Training Portal (OTP)
When did I last do that training? I can’t find my certificate. OMG it’s out of date! HELP!
These are all things we hear so often, so FaCT has developed a cloud-based Training recording and management portal.
Within the portal, you can securely log on and review the following information about all of your employees and approved subcontractors.
- Skills Card and Training Status
- Training Activity completed
- View, print and download copies of all certifications and card images
- Identify training gaps
- Identify training renewal dates
Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
What is TNA?
A halfway house towards the very successful training management services (TMS). The service we will analyse the company’s workforce skills card (FISS/CSCS, NPORS, CPCS) status and provide a report detailing this information. For 12 months, the company will also receive free telephone advice relating to training and funding.
How does it work?
The company will complete a simple spreadsheet listing all their employees, their NI Number and/or CSCS Number and forward it to FaCT. From this information, the card status of the employees will be analysed. A report will be sent to the company detailing what training they “must do”, “should do”and “could do” over the next year. A quote for the cost of this training can also be provided. FaCT will follow up on the report within two weeks to discuss and agree to undertake any training required.
Training Management Service (TMS)
TMS is a combination of OTP & TNA as well as ongoing management of your training.
What does this service include and how does it work?
- Guaranteeing all agreed training will be maintained in date and current (subject to candidates attending)
- Identify training gaps and propose a training solution
- Identify refresher training required
- Provide training dates and locations for the agreed training
- Book all training required
- Apply for and renew all skills cards and book all CITB testing
- Update all training records, store all cards & certificates for access on the portal
- Provide quarterly training update report
This service will include regular visits or online meetings, keeping you fully informed of what has happened, what needs to happen and agreeing on a plan and cost.
Card and Refresher Training (CART)
Have you ever wondered what it would be like never to have to fork out large sums of money to pay for training again?
With CART, you pay a small monthly fee, and we manage and renew all training for you.
FaCT provides this to several clients, w,here we manage and deliver all the required training, ensuring it remains up to date, for a simple one-off monthly fee with no additional cost for the training itself. (except for up-grades and additional training)
