Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management

The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is the main requirement for fence managers to enable them to hold the Black FISS/CSCS card.

This is the qualification for Fencing Managers

What does the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management cover?

The programme will include the following topic areas:

  • Management of activities also
  • Principles of management and leadership
  • Management of projects
  • Management of decision making

How is the Level 5 Diploma achieved?

FaCT has developed a flexible and creative way to help support delegates achieve this qualification.

We deliver 3 x 120-minute training sessions for each of the 4 units. These sessions are delivered online via Zoom, meaning no need to leave the office or travel.

We deliver a session per week, then leave a two-week break for the delegates to prepare their evidence and complete their work, ready for assessment. The trainer will provide feedback on the delegate’s work, when they can make amendments if required, before submitting it for marking.

This enables the qualification to be completed over a 6-month period.

The Level 5 Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management is a recognised qualification for fence installers in the UK. It is based on the National Occupational Standards which reflect the working practices of managers within the construction and land-based sector.

Cost

Inducting Registration and Induction, all training and mentoring, assessment and marking, certification £2250 plus VAT

Please note any missed training sessions will need to be retaken, and an additional charge will be incurred.
