You will need to complete the self-registration on the BALI/ROLO portal to be able to:
• Access pre course reading and sample test (not mandatory).
• Access the online test which is completed at the end of the ROLO training. (mandatory)
To Open a ROLO account for the Course:
• Go to self registration
• Top right-hand corner click log in
• Scroll to Is this your first time here? Click create new account
The Next Page: New Account – Please use the details below:
• Username: Please input your name in lowercase with no spaces, eg Susan Smith would need to be inputted as – susansmith
• Password: please use password – FaCT2026!
The rest of the details will be specific to you, please complete as appropriate. When you then click create my new account, an email will be sent to you (check spam) this will need to be confirmed.
When registered:
Once registered – it will show you as not enrolled on a course – To be enrolled on the course you will need to email us info@fctrain.co.uk and we can enroll you.
You will then see the course reading and sample test. The password to complete this is test.
When doing the full online test following the Operative course, you will get 30 minutes to complete the multiple-choice test – however should you be eligible for reasonable adjustment, please advise us prior to the course and we can arrange an additional 15 minutes.
