Following the success of the residential training centre, the demand for more training rooms and the requirement 
for more practical training, FaCT acquired an additional training facility just minutes from the residential centre and M42 / M5.
With well equipped classrooms setting up to 15 candidates FaCT are able to deliver quality training in comfortable conditions enabling a good learning experience for a wide range of candidates.
In addition to the classrooms, the yard and covered work area enables practical training and practice, including the use of power tools, locating underground services, setting out and marking fence lines, as well a excavating foundations and installing fences and post.
A large 
demonstration area also shows candidates a wide range of different fence systems
FaCT now have one of the newest and most up to date VRS training centre in the UK. Approved by Lantra as a Sector Scheme 10B training centre, delivering a wide range of VRS training course on a regular basis.
With a large training yard with a range of fence systems for both demonstration and practical work it enables learners to develop their skills and be up dated .
Part of the yard is covered to enable effective training during wet weather and enhancing the learners experience.
