Specific training will be given on lifting loads from low levels, lowering from a height, pushing and pulling freight, carrying techniques and more.

Online Course: £75 Per Person (Plus VAT)
An online course allows workers to get the training they need whilst still being able to maintain social distancing. As well as the need for new regulations due to coronavirus, online learning is also a more convenient option for many people as it enables them to save money and time on commuting to a physical course location.
