The Level 1 Health and Safety in a Construction Environment aims to tackle some of the health and safety issues in the industry. With accident and fatality rates falling in the industry we are clearly heading in the right direction. However, there is still work to do. In addition to the implementation of health and safety legislation, health and safety training is crucial in the effort to increase safety in the industry. Who is the Level 1 Health and Safety in a Construction Environment for?

The course has been developed to provide new entrants or existing workers with basic health and safety knowledge. In addition to the educational benefits of the course it is also requirement for a green FISS CSCS or CSCS card. The course takes 1 day to complete.
