Apprenticeship in Fencing level 2
Unfortunatly FaCT are not currently delivering the Fencing Apprenticeship, however please contact the office to see how we can help you with other training opportunities.
We are one of the very few training providers who can deliver the fencing apprenticeship framework. The package is nationally recognised and, upon successful completion, affords the apprentice a Blue FISS CSCS skilled installer cards.
But the candidate will get much more than the Blue FISS CSCS card. They will work towards a range of different certifications (more below) and the Level 2 Diploma in Fencing. Your business will be gaining a fully qualified and competent fence installer and a crucial member of your team.
Remember the apprenticeship is suitable for new and existing members of your fencing team!
We have secured a new batch of funding for the foreseeable future! The funding breakdown looks like this:
Candidates aged 16-18 – Funded The cost to your business will be £350*
Candidates aged 19+ – Just £750 contribution from the employer*
The funding is there to be used, and as you can see, greatly reduces the cost of the programme.
*Only available in England for businesses who employ less than 50 people. Any businesses who employ over 50 people will only have to contribute £750*
The apprenticeship framework consists of a combination of classroom and practical learning, and on-site assessments. We’ll also provide access to 17 on-line training courses.
Our team of tutors and on-site assessors will guide you through the process and any paperwork that needs to be completed. Each candidate is designated an assessor who will be their contact point for any queries and questions.
The candidate will be required to attend our site in Birmingham for their classroom-based learning. We have a hotel at our site that the candidates will be able to stay in free of charge!
How to apply?
Get in touch with us now! We’ll organise a meeting with yourselves where we can complete the necessary paperwork to utilise the funding and sign up the apprentice. Once signed up we’ll get the ball rolling and the process started.
